Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We belong to QINGDAO HAYLITE MACHINERY CO.,LTD.We are a manufacturer having more than 20 years of production experiences. We have two factories over 56,000sqm and owns more than 150 experienced engineers and workers.
Q2: How do you control your production quality?
A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC team do sample inspection, part inspection during production and 30% final inspection before shipment.
Q3: Can I have a visit to your factory before placing an order?
A: Sure, welcome to visiting our factory. Our factory address is Huanbao Er Road, Qingdao Environmental Protection industry Park, Jimo, Qingdao, China. Our factory is 20 minutes away from Qingdao Airport.
Q4:Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Actually we think samples are not very important.You can buy from anywhere.But we think our cargos will better then any others.
Samples will be 10% higher then the cargo.
Q5:Can I add my logo on the product?
A:Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us.
But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.
Q6:How to order ?
1.Please tell us the model with quantity and other requirement which you needed.
2.We issue the Proforma Invoice to you after confirmed the price and other details.
3.We arrange the order production upon receipt of confirmed PI and your deposit by T/T.
4.After the goods is ready to ship, we will inform you the shipment date and other informations by email at the same time.
5.We will help to track your goods until you receive them safely.
Q7:How can i get the after-service?
A:We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.
If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts,but you should pay.
