Characteristics of Steel Wire Rod Mesh Making Mashine:
1. The resistance machine adopts synchronous control technique, both welding times and seperate welding are controlled by digital PLC system with touch screen. So that the operation is much more intelliget, reasonable and has a compression, sub-welding characteristics.
2. The power system choices include pneumatic type and machinery type. The pneumatic welding power is from servo motor, welding speed is much faster and more stable.
3. Welding pressure is provided by Nitrogen gas spring, which is easy to adjust quickly, and the pressure is more evenly.
4. Line wires from the feeder and cross wire are from coils. CNC sets mesh length, automatic cutting, dropping, arresting and output, which maximized saves labor and greatly increased production.
