The Nankai Biotech Tetracyclines Rapid Test Kit is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative (or quantitative) detection of most common Tetracyclines Residues in seafood and fish at the sensitivity of 10 ppb.

1. INTENDED USE
The N.K.Biotech Tetracycline Rapid Test is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative (or quantitative) detection of most common Tetracyclines Residues in seafood and fish. The total assay time takes 10 min.
2. TEST PROCEDURE
Read the entire procedure carefully before performing any tests.
1. Remove Tetracyclines Rapid Test from sealed pouch.
2. Suck prepared sample, hold the dropper vertically and drop 3 full drops to the specimen well (S) of the test device (See the illustration upper right.) and then start the timer.
3. Wait for red bands to appear. The result should be read in approximately 3~5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5 minutes.

4. STORAGE AND STABILITY
Store at room temperature. The shelf life is 12 months.
5. SPECIFICITY
It shows positive results when test standard of Chlorotetracycline at6μg/kg, Oxytetracycline at 30μg/kg, and Deoxytetracycline at 50μg/kg.
