1. INTENDED USE
The N.K.Biotech Beta Lactams + Tetracyclines Combo Rapid Test Kit is used to qualitative detect Beta-lactams, Tetracyclines residues in Raw Milk at the sensitivity of 2-4μg/kg(2-4ppb). The total assay time takes approx. 5 min.
2. STORAGE AND STABILITY
-Store at 2-25℃. DO NOT use beyond the expiration date,
-Keep away from moisture circumstances
-The shelf life is 12 months when the kit is properly stored.
3. KIT CONTENTS
-Beta-lactam + Tetracyclines Combo Rapid Test (50 tests /kit)
-Reagent vials (50 bottles / kit)
-300μL disposable dropper(50 pieces/ kit)
-Product Instruction(1 set /kit)
4. SAMPLE PREPARATIONS
-Suck 300μL milk sample into a reagent vial by provided disposable dropper.
-Put the dipping part (refer to below illustration ) of the test into the reagent vial, wait for 5mins to read result.
Please note:
-Please keep the room temperature at 20 - 25℃ before testing.
-Don’t heat test strips and freeze-dried receptor.
-Make sure to use the dropper and reagent vials in the package.
-Do not mix dropper and reagent vials, the test results will be affected.
5. READING RESULTS
NEGATIVE:
Control Line(C) appears,
Test Line(T) and Beta Line(B) appear too,
but the test Line (T) and Beta Line(B) is darker than the Control Line (C).
It is negative.
POSITIVE:
Control Line(C) appears,
No Test Line(T) and Beta Line(B);
or the T line and B line is the same as or lighter than the C Line,
It is positive.
INVALID: Control Line(C) fails to appear, it is invalid.
