Professional Design Walnut Cracking Machine
1.Machine introduction:
Breaking parts of the machine adopts artificial intelligence, using the technology of program controlling to distance grind the walnut.It makes a large number of broken
crack on the walnut shell ,but it will not damage the walnuts.
Screening device adopts the patent technology.Walnuts of uneven size can be classified by it accurately.
Material elevator is composed of vertical baffle conveyor belt and adjustable-speed motor. The material can be sent from the hopper to the mainframe by it.
Output per hour of up to 300 kilograms, the kernel and half kernel rate above 70%, nibs rate below 5%, each of the walnut shell to take off thenet rate of more than 60%.
The machine with sorting device, without to single screening, walnut can be directly shells.
