1. Machine Introduction:

2) Coating equipment using liquid meter measurement, high shear emulsifying dispersion, vacuum, vacuum defoaming, semi-automatic filling process, from feeding to finish the procedure.Coating equipment specially designed composite emulsion head structure, to ensure that the materials processed in the condition of high, medium and low various viscosity no dead Angle;Outside the reactor dynamic mixing and reactor for combining static mixed guarantee high dispersion of pigments and high viscosity resin and mix.Special vacuum design, guarantee the production under the vacuum state, which can realize automatic vacuum process, reduce the labor intensity.The complete configuration, without the user don't with other auxiliary equipment production just by turning on the power supply.Inside the kettle high shear and outside the kettle high shear pulverization function at the same time, guarantee the further refinement of material, and shorten the operation time.
