Appearance:
RBD Palm Olein is a clear Golden yellow liquid at room temperature. It is obtained by
fractionating RBD Palm Oil by separating liquid parts (Olein) from solid parts (Stearin).
Applications:
RBD Palm Olein is also being used as frying oil by major food industries, mainly snacks
and ready-to-eat foods etc. Also been used as a raw material for to produce margarines
and shortenings.

REMARKS :
1) Minimum order : 3 FCL . Maximum 20 FCL per day.
2) Partial shipment : to be allowed
3) Label : In our quote will include sticker labels, one side only. We can also offer private labels. It would take some time due to Printer set up, design approval and ad hoc printing.
4) Other packaging : please consult us and if there is an economic order quantity, we shall consider the buyer’s requirements.
5) Lead time: 2 weeks upon artwork final confirmation, if you need your own label.
6) Carton: Double wall brown carton (2 normal colour printing, no picture) for Pet bottle. However there is no carton for Jerry Cans.
7) Samples – can be arranged but buyer has to pay for the total cost of product and arrange their own collection vide freight forwarder from our office in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
8) Basis: FOB, Port Klang at seller’s choice. We can consider to provider CIF quotation provided the buyer advise the destination port. We need time to check and work out the costings with our logistics agents.
9) Logistics – if your buyer needs to arrange themselves, we can introduce our associates who you can deal and obtain quotations directly.
11) Shipment: 14 – 20 working days (subject to confirmation)
12) Payment:
12.1 SBLC or DLC for larger orders.
12.2 For smaller orders - TT 40% deposit upon order and balance 60% by LC or TT upon BL. We need the deposit so we can lock in the price of the Olien with our refinery. The
advantage is the price is fixed and not subjected to market fluctuations.
13) Pricing – based on market pricing and when we quote the validity if for one week and for annual contact, we shall revised the pricing on monthly basis, depending on the market
conditions.
14) Commissions : will be included in the quotations and is payable by UFS. For local Malaysian companies, there is GST impact of 6%.

a) Commercial Invoice
b) Packing List
c) Bill of Lading
d) Certificate of Origin – by Malaysia International Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(MICCI)
e) Certificate of Analysis
f) Cert of Quantity and Quality by SGS
g) Other Certification – please stipulate and we will meet your requirements.
Other Certification:
We can provide the following documents at the Buyer’s cost :
1) Phytosanitary Certificate
2) Health Certificate
3) Fees of Certificate or legalization by Buyer’s chosen Embassy
If you need any other documents, please consult us.
BUYER:
Plse ensure that the specification is approved. In addition, kindly understand that such cooking oil is sold based on market conditions. If and only when the buyer is financially ready, then we will gladly accept their ICPO and BCL (to proof their financially readiness).
VALIDITY :
Subject to prior sales and changes by the seller without any prior notice. If interested, kindly revert and we can quote based on the feedback and requirements of the Buyer and we gladly welcome visit by buyers to our factory.
