1. Brief Introduction:

2. Product Description of straw briquette machine:
The finished products takes on the burning behaviour of coal. Owing to their great density the straw fuel have a calorific value than the same quantity of firewood. They can be used instead of coal or wood in domestic soild-fuel stoves as well as in industrial furnaces.
This equipment is suitable for various kinds of materials whose moisture content is less than 30%.The machine is fully automatic electric heating, can adjust the humidity of materials to address problems of congestion and not forming. The machine has advantage of simple structure, easy operation, high automation, and less labor.
3. features:
1. Can press a variety of materials,such as corn stalks, straw, rice husk, wheat straw, wheat husk, wheat bran,
beans, straw,cotton straw, residue, twigs, leaves, wood chips,sawdust, hay, waste edible fungus package and all
the garbage which can be compressed into fuel.
2. Small size, light weight,low capacity,removable and widespread usage.
3. Automatic heating:This machine adopts the automatic thermostat, it can works normally when outdoor
temperature bellow 20 degrees and when straw water content above 30%.
4. Adjustable density:the density is between 0.8-1.4/cm3
5. Long service life of mold, and easy replacement:this machine uses the picture- mold, the external mother mold uses 45# steel,internal sub-mold uses special steel and special wear-resistant material develpoed from the die wear. Just replace the sub-mold when needed to reduce the cost.
6. Easy operation: with control cabinet, this machine is easy to operate.
