Hot selling hot air pipe dryer with low power consumption
Introduction:
The HGJ series dryer adopts hot air (temperature: 150°C-260°C) to dry the material
It needs very small power and is very energy saving. The drying efficiency is high and the cost is
very low. It is also essential part of making machine-made charcoal.
Structure and work principle:
1) Air Flow Pipe Dryer is equipped one fuel boiler,inlet,steel pipe,exhaust blower(fan),cyclone.
2) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper.Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan)
quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of
dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust
blower (fan).
3) Air Flow Pipe Dryer reduces the moisture to 8- 12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
Raw materials:
maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk,coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo , wood , strawdust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks .etc.
