As a 100% vegetable based GHEE, which contains no water or milk, it is suitable for all desserts with syrup.Product Features
- Adds permanent golden brightness to products.
- Provides clean storage and convenience with 18 kg can.
Special Considerations
- Ustam Baklava Plain can be mixed with Urfa butter (plain butter).
- Ustam Baklava Plain should be melted using bain-marie method with no exposition to direct heat. Thus, heat spreads equally and margarine melts easily without burning.
- After products in baklava style are baked the fat accumulating on the top should be added to the separately melted and unused margarine.
- Products must be kept in room temperature (16-20 degrees), and must never be stored under the oven
