If you are after a surprising taste hidden in olive oil, we highly recommend you out aromatic olive oils. The standart method of producing aromatic oil is mixing the aromatics and the olive oil before consumption due to the short shelf life, as the reductive reactions increase the proxide value. To prolong shelf life, we process the aromatics and the olives at the same time.this method enables the essences to diffuse in the oil and the organic debris is removed with the pulp. The peroxide generetion is controlled significantly. The aromatics, harvested wild or farmed ecologically, are freshly sent to press.
Resulting oil with acidity content, lower than 0.9% An olive oil with a twist of fruits.

We produce our olive oils with a minimum impact to the environment which is documented by the “Environment Impact Assessment(EIA)” Report (23 March 1999 date and 0271 license number) approved by the Turkish Ministry of Environment. We collect the waste water and olive sediment in the special pools and separate the sedds and later on use at our fields.
