Description :
Jojoba oil is one of the most popularly used essential oil that is derived from the seeds of the plant. Basically, it is a liquid wax ester which is very similar to the human skin sebum. Hence, it is widely used for all skin types. It can be regarded as liquid wax extracted from the seeds of jojoba “(Simmondsia chinensis) plant. This oil is composed of approximately fifty percent of jojoba seeds by weight.
Some people consider Jojoba oil as a perfect substitute for whale oil and its derivatives. The ban on whale oil was the most crucial factor for its discovery. Today, it has achieved widespread use in cosmetic industry.
