Slag remover for casting iron
Benefits:

Attention:
Defrent casting material, deferent impurities and the slag comes from added alloy or charging lead to deferent amount of the slag,the quantity of the product should be determined by the reality.
Guidelines:
1.Before pouring the molten metal,spreading the products of proper amount evenly over the surface of the molten metal.
2.After pouring the molten metal into ladle,scattering the products of proper amount evently over the surface of the molten metal again. This can help to prevent the thermal radiation,reduce the loss of heat,and pushing off the slag as well.
3.In the course of rapid expansion of the product when it is in touch with the molten metal, it can form a thermal insulation, and the surface material won't react completely.
4.Using proper digging tools is important.Stirring the slag blanket slightly to ensure the product contact completely with the slag blanket.

Cast steel and stainless steel or cast iron .
