Pre-heater Benefits
1.During heating up,the temperature is Uniform and stable, control the heating degree so avoid the crack as the ovening not stable.
2. When producing by 1 with 2 furnace,from the average lifetimes of furnace, put the oven machine into another furnace in advance to heating,then when the furnace stop working the other furnace could work at once, save many heating time, improve the production effective.
3.During intermittently production, could pre-heating the furnace/Ladle in advance,so avoid the situation of crack because of rasie the temperture too quickly.
4. Save electric cost of ovening, labour and materials cost, improve the lifetime of lining.Improve the production effective.
5. Especially for using acidy ramming mass : Easy to finish the sintered,as we know the acidy sintering
could be almost finished at 800c,and the New pre-heater could be 800c.Save many time for labour and production.
