Product Specification:
Refractory Castables for Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit(FCC) in Hydrocarbon Processing
HAB-22
Ultra-strength, thermal resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion and erosion resistance
Characters:
A density corundum based, high grand castable, consist by HAB-22A (wet, pink) and HAB-22B(dry, white).
Mixing these two parts with the ratio 1:1, then full mixed with 5-6% water additives before installation.
The performance of this product is better than other similar products at home and abroad.
Applications:
For fluid catalytic cracking unit(FCC) in hydrocarbon processing;
circulating fluidized bed boiler in power plant;
desulfurizing furnace and its burner;
outlet of cement kiln, reheating furnace, forging furnace, electric resistance furnace, etc.
Our packing:
1) Net weight 25kg per units(plastic woven bag); 1 metric ton in P.P bag(waterproofing) with sling.
2) Net weight 25kg per units(plastic woven bag); 1 metric ton on pallet with plastic film.
