This product is base on sand and powder of corundum, mixed with composite additive in adequate amount.
1.Protecting the induction coil:
(a) This product performs high refractability, once the molten metal ooze, it can protect induction coil from the high temperature for some time.
(b) This product can suppse the induction coil, to prevent coil out of its shape when tears down the lining, especially aim at the induction furnace with ejection device, this product functioning as guider and protector for induction coil.
2.Protecting the power supply: This product performs good insulativity, it can prevent the induction coil from short circuit and impulse current.
