Ecological China Factory Vermiculite Brick Vermiculite Board
1.Vermiculite boards are mainly made of expanded vermiculite and certain proportion of inorganic binder
through the hot or cold pressing. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistant,fireproof, heat
insulation, sound-absorbing,free of harmful substances and environment friendly. Its’ non-combustible fire rating is A1 Grade.
2.Application:
1. Fire resistant core for fire doors
2. Fire resistant walls and ceilings
3. Fire brick in stove, electric heater, storage heater ,furnace and fireplace etc.
4. Heat insulation boards in planes, trains, cars, ships, ovens and pipes etc.
5. Heat preservation and sound insulation boards for walls
3:vermiculite board information:
1)VMC-ALU is a rang of vermiculite based insulating boards recommended for aluminium industry and especially alumininum electrolysis cells
2)Application:
1. Electrolysis cells
VMC-ALU can be applied alone or as combi-boards as back-up insulation in aluminium electrolysis cells, also can be used as hot-face insulation for covering electrolysis cells during start-up.
2. Carbon Baking furnaces
VMC-ALU can be applied in the secondary aluminium industry , for example as back-up insulation of the walls in holding furnaces, and in launders as back-up insulation and as top lid.
