Introduction

Gasification of biomass USES thermochemical reaction principle AND production process of biomass gasification, takes biomass waste as raw materials such as sawdust, straw, husk and others,with hot air and steam as a medium by hypoxia, incomplete combustion,produces into mixed gas,such as carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen, nitrogen and others,after gas-blower function, through purifying device,dust-removing cooling,decoking, filter, the finished is high grade combustible gas.

1.Biomass gasification furnace introduction

The equipment and technology of biomass gasification furnace:

Biomass gasification furnace comprises: slicing machine, crushing machine, drying system, the gasification system, control system. Biomass raw material goes through crushing and drying (after drying the moisture content of raw material is less than 5%),then by automatic feeding device transport to the reactor-mouth,by the injection device inject into the reactor for fast gasification. In the thermodynamic conditions, the reactor is put into heat carrier gas that gasification required and catalyst pyrolysis generate to combustible gas and tar,under catalyst function,part of tar further cracked into permanent combustible gas.After gasification, the catalyst and carbon-residue  delivery to the regenerative furnace by automatical feeding device,with high temperature heating the regenerated catalyst is returned to the reactor for the gasification reaction. Continuous heating of catalyst recycling, improve the thermal efficiency of gas.

      The gasified gas is outflow from the high-speed centrifuge reactor (our patent product) . This time the gas from centrifuge without dust, tar,can be directly used as clean combustible gas. Combustible gas composition containing CO, H2 and CH4,calorific value up to 3000Kcal/Nm3.

Gasification slag produced by the cyclone separator,can be used for road base construction. The heat source of waste heat from cyclone separator

Eight, the drying system

The drying system (also known as hot pipe-type dryer)which is an important equipment for biomass gasification, biomass baking. Its feature is putting wet materials of granular into the hot-air flow, and flow-together, under strong heat flowing get dried product of granular. To use hot-air flow drying system, having advantages of small power consumption, low noise,good dry-strength, short drying time,high thermal efficiency, big capacity of wet material etc.. Equipment installed power has two type, 5.5KW or 7.5KW. System supported by new-type energy-saving stove, high efficiency and energy saving, thermal controllable, simple operation, stable and reliable operation.

biomass baking raw materials are from wide-range source  

Straw, sawdust, wood waste, agricultural waste and all with lignin and cellulose as the main raw materials of biomass particles, and chicken manure, cow dung and other animal feces.
