Continuous feeding biomass carbonization system
Carbonization is a thermochemical treatment of biomass at 500 to 800 °C, carried out under atmospheric conditions and in the absence of oxygen. During the process, the biomass partly decomposes, giving off various types of volatiles. The final product is the remaining solid, which is often referred to as biochar when produced from woody biomass. The overall energy efficiency is about 70-85%.
Our carbonization system is the most advanced equipment on Chinese market. We use integrated carbonization and gasification technology, which is an original innovation from our research team. Compared with the existing systems, our design is more simplified and reliable input-to-output ratio. The by-product, combustible gas, produced by the system has a calorific value up to 3000 calories. The clean, tar-free gas is easy to be transported to replace other flammable gas for industrial gas usage directly.
We maintain high level of environmental standards. By catalytic cracking technology and tar-removal technology, we solved the tar emission problem during and after the carbonization process. There is no tar and waste water emission in the entire process. Besides, the process has no black smoke emissions, flue gas emission standard is higher than the national standard.
In terms of intellectual property, our research and development team invented the core technology of the system. Our company owns 100% of the patented technology.
Process and Technology Introduction
The entire system consists of seven major components: the biomass crusher, the biomass drying system, the biomass carbonization reactor, the cooling system and the pelletizing system. During operation, no external heat source is required. The bio-gas generated from the carbonization reaction will be recycled to provide heat for the entire system. The energy efficiency of the process can reach 80%.

l continuous feeding and discharging
The traditional process for intermittent operation, this system can realize the continuous feed, continuous discharging. Biological carbon product export has after cooling treatment, can be directly container transportation.
l Flash carbonization process, high yields
Traditional process needs a few days or even longer time to complete the carbonization process, the complete carbonization Tianyuan bio carbonization system can realize the biomass in 30 minutes. Biological c. Biological carbon product mass yield can reach 25-30%, the yield and quality of traditional craft of less than 20%.
l Low volitiles, high fixed carbon, and high energy density,homogeneous elemental composition and super stability
Through the control of the production process, can achieve more than 85% of the fixed carbon content, volatile content less than 5%, the biomass carbon energy density after carburization of 5000-6300 kcal / kg. Continuous feeding of biomass carbonization system can be adapted to be kinds of biomass resources, sawdust, straw, bamboo, straw, forestry waste, and the performance is very close to the biological carbon products.
l No tar emissions
The traditional system of carbon technology by the pollutant emission limits, many built in remote mountainous areas. Beginning in 2014, in order to solve the serious problem of haze, the government has forced shut down part of carbon factory. Process of catalytic cracking and gas tar removal combined with Tianyuan biological carbonization system, perfect solution to the problem in the process of carbonization tar and tar, no sewage discharge, completely avoid the two pollution of water and environment; no black smoke emission in the whole production process, the flue gas discharge standards higher than the national standard.
