Introduction:
Micro-porous ceramic filter brick, plate and pipe are composed of aggregate grains, binder and pore-forming agent. Interlinking arched open pores are formed on their surfaces and the interiors thereof by baking at high temperature. Various physical-chemical relations are caused by on the surface and in the interiors of these pores by fluid passing through therein to realize purification and filtering functions. The Micro-porous ceramic filter brick, plate and pipe are especially applicable to operations including liquid filteration and gas filter fluidization stc., such as the filtration process during the separation of ash water in boiler dust removal through wet method and the preparation of tap water,industrial water and pure water. In addition, they can be used as catalyst carriers and infrared radiation plates.
Micro-porous ceramic filter brick, plate and pipe are characterized by high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and long service life etc. Moreover, they are easy to clean and re-generate without dissolition of harmful substances. they are effective in removing dust and treating wastewater, wherein the removal rate of suspended substances can reach over 93%. The removal rate of COD can reach 30%. The purified water is clear enough to reach the national enviroment protection standard(70mg/l) and the quality standard of closed circulating water to form a benign cycle of production and environment treatment
