Application
It is used in cases where fire insulation and fire rating are required, e.g., between wall top and the bottom of a concrete slab (gap seal), fire insulation of steel structure, air duct, fire proof doors, fire proof wall partitions in buildings and ships, etc. Different fire rating can be achieved depending on the board thickness and the structural element construction. Special Rock Wool fire stop board for electromechanical works (electric cables, ducts and pipes, wall or floor slab penetration) can be produced to provide the required fire rating.
