Expanded Perlite for Insulation, Filtralite & TEXLITE
Perlite is 100% natural siliceous volcanic mineral(amorphous volcanic glass), formed by the sudden cooling and solidification of volcanic ash, which traps crystalline water into its mass.
Main size of lightweight expanded perlite as follows
grade1(1-3mm), grade2(2-4mm),grade3(3-6mm),grade4(4-8mm),
grade5(1-6mm),grade6(1-8mm)
Characteristic:Lightweight, white, porous material for amending soils and potting mixes.

Insulation
- Free-flowing perlite loose-fill masonry insulation is poured into the cavities of concrete block where it completely fills all cores, crevices, mortar areas and ear holes.
- In addition to providing thermal insulation, perlite enhances fire ratings, reduces noise transmission and it is rot, vermin and termite resistant perlite is also ideal for insulating low temperature and cryogenic vessels.
Filtration
- Filtralite is expanded perlite, ground, carefully classified and sorted for its use as filter aid in different industries.
- Filtralite is used as a filter aid in vacuum and pressure filters.
TEXLITE :
- TEXLITE is expanded perlite, specially classified for denim stone wash
- TEXLITE is used to give a finish to cotton garment. The use of this product results in pleasant, soft textures with minimum damage to fibers and equipment.
