Main use:
1, instant sodium silicate mainly used as synthetic detergent builder; suitable for preparing low phosphorus and phosphorus free washing powder, instead of sodium tripolyphosphate, particularly suitable for agglomeration concentrated laundry powder production; also can be used in the production of a variety of different uses of detergent industry and other household detergents.
2, used as a cement and fly ash activator, improve the activity of fly ash, so as to improve the compressive strength of fly ash admixture cement and flexural strength; or improve the fly ash in the cement, which can improve the cement production and reduce the production cost of cement. Dissolving sodium silicate powder can also be used as ordinary cement drying agent and reinforcing agent.
3, used as drilling fluid of silicon base drilling fluid accumulation agent and mud shale anti swelling agent, bentonite slurry plugging agent and cement plugging agent, oil and gas well precipitation type chemical plugging agent, oil and gas wells up plastic plugging agent.
4, also available for furnace gunning materials, castables, acid resistant cement unshaped refractory binder; casting industry, ceramic industry, industrial coatings and thermal insulation material mixture; oil recovery industry thickener.
