Prdduct Description:
Expanded perlite is a non-toxic, tasteless, non flammable, non corrosive, acid and alkali resistance, thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation a honeycomb structure is composed of felsic volcanic glassy lava (perlite) by crushing, sieving to a certain size, preheating, in the extension of more than 1400 DEG C high temperature sintering and made a white or light quality insulation material, with different binder preparation made from such as hydrophobic perlite insulation board, perlite sound absorption board, partition board, fire prevention board.
The product is mainly used for building roof and wall insulation, heat insulation, building materials, lightweight material; various kinds of industrial equipment and pipe insulation layer; the inner wall of the various cryogenic, cold storage engineering; agricultural and horticultural soilless cultivation, soil improvement, soil and water conservation preserving fertilizer, is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, construction, metallurgy and other industries.
The main purpose of the expanded perlite:
1. building insulation, fireproof coatings, sound-absorbing board etc.
2.Industry: pipeline insulation, insulation, filter materials, steel making process of slag, rubber plastic filling materials, etc.
3.agricultural and horticultural fields: non soil cultivation, soil improvement, pesticide and other pesticides
Expanded perlite production process:
From the mining of ore by mechanical crushing, vibrating sieving machine with certain particle size distribution in the ore, expansion plant choose according to different purposes. Perlite ore materials of the moisture content of 4-6%, due to the high water content, after heated to a high temperature, rapid evaporation of moisture will cause perlite burst. Therefore, we should first perlite invalid water content removed prior to expansion, to preserve normal expansion required moisture (water). 1) How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
2) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank) and Paypal, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.
3) What’s the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
