3.Advantages of the machine
1. Adopts volumetric piston filling pump to fill, suitable for all kinds of sticky liquid,
high filling precision.
2. The piston ring volumetric pump use Victor or Teflon.
3. SIEMENS PLC and touch screen control system, high filling precision.
4. Automatic alarm when the fault happens, automatic stop and alarm when the system
appears serious breakdown.
5. The machine has vacuum recycling device, ensure the worktable clean.
6. The filling nozzles will go up and down to fill, in order to prevent the filling material
spurt out.
7. The conveyor system has its own motor to control the speed of the conveyor,
ensure the material won't overflow when operating.
