Features:
1. Master system: Variable- frequency drive (VFD) ensure the steady performance of the electricity which is important for life of machinery.
2. Liquid silicon cooling system: to avoid the adhesive sticking on the blade and ensure the smooth cutting.
3. AC motors for cutting blade and cutting shaft. They will have more accurate speed controlling performance than DC motors.
4. Automatic control of PLC system with touch screen, easy function setting, more user-friendly interface.
5. Positioning system for cutting: servo motor to control more accurate position
6. Auto adjustment of cutting angle: the cutting direction can make ±8°adjustment to meet the changing conditions of raw materials, to ensure flat and smooth cutting surface
7. Three kinds of cutting shafts are available for different materials. (Optional)
