Automatic mosquito-repellent incense making machine
1.Large mixing: mix all raw materials together, and get ready to next grout mixer.
2. Grout mixer: put starches into the machine, cook the starches by boiling water or steam.
Using water or steam Jie Ke, mixing pulp evenly.

3. Small mixer: put the raw materials which are mixed by the first step and the starches that it is cooked together , and then they are called the wet green
This machine has a design and generous, simple operation, easy maintenance, automatic reversing feed and so on. Stir in hand to install a simple, durable wear-resistant, weldable change, reduce production costs.

4.The forming machine: put the ready mixed wet greens into the forming machine. After going through the second pressure, it will form the mosquito wet-green.

5.The drying room: push the mosquito wet-green into the drying room, dewater, drying for a while , and then it is the mosquito dried-green. ( this is a local building)

the machine will collect the mosquito-repellent incense automatically. And will get ready to next step: spraying.

7. Automatic piece-distribution machine: collect the mosquito-repellent incense
together , and send them into the next step.
8.Stainless steel chemical spray: when the mosquitos come in this machine, the machine will spray the chemical drugs onto the mosquito-repellent incense
, in order to kill the mosquitos.

9. Assemble: put the mosquito-repellent incense into the package, then into the carton, and collect them into the arehouse.
All the machines above and their functions are mature in China at present. And the production scale is according to the production lines, one line can produce 135000~165000pcs 8 hours/ day under normal production conditions of domestic.
