Our company Zhengzhou Jin Tai Metal Materials Co., Ltd is a leading technology-dominated innovative professional manufacturer for JINHE® brand double movement mixer with national patent right and proprietary intellectual property rights established in 2001. Now our company has 120 employees, including 15 technicians. In the mixer manufacturing field, most companies still produce the traditional mixer without change in almost 30 years. Jin Tai Company endeavors to improve the traditional mixer and currently we have developed the innovative double movement mixer with national patent right and proprietary intellectual property rights.

Our double movement mixer has double rotary shafts, as a result outside container and 8 full-size inside spiral blades revolve independently around different shafts at the same time at different speeds and in different directions, improving the mixing efficiency of the mixer greatly. The part of the mixer in contact with materials is all made of stainless steel. 

By our test and customer' feedback, JINHE chemical blender and mixing equipment 's loading rate is up to 75% (30-40% higher than traditional mixer) time-saving 50% , electricity-saving 70%, space saving 50%, money saving 30%. Our mixer also have digital timer, positive shake button and reverse shake button for convenience usage and easy operating. Regarding the great performance of our double movement mixer, our one mixer actually worthies two traditional mixers.  Our powder mixer wins reputation in domestic and foreign market, especially in powder metallurgy and pharmaceutical industry, which has very high and strict mixing standards and receives a lot repeat orders.

JINHE®JHN series machine is an excellent equipment which bears extraordinary imagination of our designers. It combines double movement mixing principle and complicate mixing task perfectly.

1^st .Different volume containers can be installed whenever needed. When customers install one 3 L container, it can be used as test for mini mixing. If install one 15L container, it can finish small batch mixing task, fully develop the vast potential of the machine.

2^nd .Inherited the advantage of double movement, this utility-type machine not only realize cross revolving shaft double movement, but also has its inherent advantages such as ideal mixing effect, large loading ratio, cost less time, saving electricity and money.

3^rd .Convenient installation: A skillful worker only needs 5 minutes to change and install containers.
