Main Features
PSM®=Plastarch Material
1) PSM® is a polymer that is derived from the natural source of plant starch, eco-friendly to environment.
2)A unique ecological material that is degraded into harmless substances such as water and carbon dioxide.
3)Excellent product performance properties with water-proof, oil-proof, high melting point.
4)Widely applied into film blowing, injection, thermoforming, foaming areas.
5)Easy to be processed in traditional machinery.
PSM® Bioplastic including two series, PSM® Biodegradable plastic(Compostable) and PSM® Biobased plastic, all of them are derived from biomass(plants), eco-friendly to the environment.
PSM® Biodegradable(Compostable) plastic
Decomposes to CO2 or/and CH4,H2O and new biomass in the presence of micro organism under a specific condition. tested by OWS according to the EN13432 and ASTM D6400 requirements, certificated by DIN CERTCO and VINCOTTE, obtains the EU OK Compost and Compostable certificates.
PSM® Biobased plastic
Use renewable and natural materials as the main component, Bio-based content tested in accordance to ASTM D688 Standards, Certificated by third party VINCOTTE organization, obtain "OK-Biobased" all stars label.
PSM® can be used for a variety of manufacturing processes as below:
Film blowing: film, packaging bag, disposable bag, garbage bag, shopping bag and other membrane products etc.
Injection: cutlery, comb, toothbrush, golf pegs, stationery, toys, craftwork etc.
Thermoforming: PSM plate and sheet for plates, dishes, boxes, bowls, flower pot etc.
Foaming: shockproof package materials.
Traditional plastic manufacturing machine is good enough to product PSM ranges of products.
