Notched disc blade specification
Disc Blades are extensively used for agricultural equipment, such as disc harrow & disc plough. It offered in 65Mn spring Steel (high-carbon steel) material in smooth type and notched type options. Offered in different diameters from 14” to 36” and thicknesses from 3mm to 12mm. Disc Blades are carefully heat treated to engage with the rocks, boulders and other obstructions. These feature superior corrosion resistance with less maintenance requirements. The durable finish also results in providing longer service life of disc blades as well as more wear resistance while being used on soil.

High Carbon disc blade hardness: 38 - 44 HRC. In order to keep the toughness and wear ability of disc blade.
