LCBB series of heavy duty disc harrow was designed according to the europe standard .it adopt the features on hydraulic offset modular structure, built-bearing composite design, reasonable structure, bearing seal, long life, durable, easy to transport, easy to adjust, easy maintenance. It mainly used for cleaning away stubble of plants before tillage, or crushing clods after tillage on uncultivated land and in stickly heavy clay soil fields. The heavy disc harrow also can used to stubble before furrowing the land, get rid of surface compaction,chopped straw to field, leveling soil etc...this kind of harrow can plow the land replace the plough machine on the cultivated land.
Features
1 The product is designed as the standards, with modular construction, strong and durable;
2 Rigid frame as main body, matched with hydraulic pressure transport rubber tire;
3 Spring leveling mechanism and sealed rolling bearing with spherical surface with small radius of gyration, easy to adjust and maintain, etc.
4 Efficient in the work and has good quality during operation;
5 The process of welding: carbon dioxide jig welding.
