Introduction:
Rotary kiln cement plant is the main equipment of calcining the cement clinker. The characteristics of a rotary kiln
are with simple structure, convenient and reliable control of the producing process,with little wearing parts
and high running rate. It is the equipment calcining the high grad cement in the cement factory. The rotary
kiln is widely used in the metallurgy,chemical industry,construction and other industries.
Features:
1) The rotary kiln cement plant is an inclined rotary cylinder, the raw material enter the cylinder through the high end of the machine,then move in with the movement of of the rotary kiln. Therefore, the rotary kiln is a conveying equipment.

This series of rotary kiln cement plant is the large-size advanced international calcining kiln & furnace which is developed by
our company and many scientific research institutes such as Beijing General Reserch Institute of Mining &
Metallurgy, Changsha Research Institute Of Mining & Metallurgy, Suzhou Sinoma Reserch Institute of Non-
metallic Mining Industry, etc. Compared with the rotary kiln with the same specification made by the traditional
technology, this series of torary kiln can make the production capacity increase by 30%, make the heat
consumption reduce by 40% and make the discharged flue gas temperature<250 °C , so it is convenient for
collecting dust and meeting the modern environment protection needs about energy saving and consumption
reducing. This rotary kiln is widely used for extracting nickel from laterite, calcining the activated limestone,
oxidized pellet, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, etc.
1. The rotary kiln cement plant shell design fully take into consideration of the corner at shell flexible supporting to extend
the lifetime of refractory bricks and castings.
2. Adopt supporing roller bearing with big diameter and small ratio between length and diameter to improve
the reliability. The bearing is automatic self-sligning bearing.
3. The better sealing effect of new type open gear hood sealing type.
4. The spring lamination overlying type lexible sealing, double layer spring lamination sealing increase the
heat insulation layer to improve the reliability and lifetime.
