Flax seed oil is rich of omega-3 series of alpha-linolenic acid(ALA). It has been widely used un medicine,health food and coemetics industries. Alpha-linolenic acid and its derivatives(DHA & EPA)can inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce the formation of arterial thronbus and lower blood lipid.It is effecive against coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis. It can also prevent formation and proliferation of tumor cell, especially for colon cancer, prostate cancer and thymic carcinoma.
