c. | Machine mainframe adopts stainless steel 201 material, and 304stainless steel material for the touch product part, which can guarantee the product clean and sanitary and prolong the machine’s life-span |
d. | It is suitable for packing various kinds of liquid, like shampoo, body lotion, ingredient oil, fruit sauce, tomato ketchup, and honey. |
e. | The packing material(printed) can be paper, polyethylene, cellophane, BOPP, nylon etc. |
Features of Automatic pouch liquid packing machine
1. Automatic adjustment of pouch size and filling range.
2. The horizontal sealing uses high temperature resistant bearing which ensure the continuous operation of the machine without filling the oil regularly.
3. The minimum sealing temperature variation employs PID temperature, the tolerance by ± 2%.
4. The machine can be equipped with a product stirrer and heated jacket for high temperature product packaging.
