Vacuum packing machines are used to evacuate the air around perishable goods such as food products like cheese and meat whose extension of shelf life is desired. Vacuum sealers remove the air from the package at the same time sealing it, delivering the ultimate in protection while extending the distribution life and maintaining product integrity.
Vacuum sealers commonly use vacuum bags or barrier pouches. These barrier bags provide a barrier against the atmosphere and moisture. The bags are placed in the chamber, the desired amount of air is extracted from the vacuum bag and then sealed. 4. “V” Lid Gasket: The “V” shaped vacuum chamber lid gasket made of high-density material guarantees the sealing performance of the machine in routine work. The compression and wearing resistance of the material extends the service life of the lid gasket and reduce its changing frequency.
5. Electrical requirement and plug could be customed according to customer requirement.
