About heat sealing machine , which is used for sealing PP,PS, PET and other heat sealing film.
This machine is a good helper in drinking store .Manual sealing machine , the sealing speed is 300-800pcs/h ; semi-automatic sealing machine , the sealing speed is 800-1200pcs/h.
About sealing cup mouth , our standard is 75mmm or 95mm .If your cup mouth is not this size ,it doesn’t matter . We can do customized machine according to your needing
Attention
Before sealing work, make sure the opening of cup is clean.
Try to avoid high temperature, and long sealing time to destroy the film and cup, and the residual film of cup will make work-talbe bumpy.
To make high sealing quality, check and clean the surface of sealing termly.
Clean the cup-feeding skids termly.
Keep all chamfer and all bearing system of cup-feeding skids clean and the bearings should be fuelized termly.
When unit breakdown, cut power supplier first.
