1.Introduction of biomass charcoal briquette machine
Biomass charcoal briquette machine can compress rice husk, coconut shell, peanut shell, sawdust, straw, grass, and other agricultural waste mechanically into rods, blocks and particles to improve ten times fuel value per unit volume. It is the primary molding equipment to produce mechanism charcoal. It is mainly used in furnaces, boilers, power plants as fuels, also combustion ash is used directly for agricultural weeds.
2.How to make the briquette machine
1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 13%.
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
