1. Introduction of amnimal feed mixer Machine
Feed/fodder Industrial horizontal ribbon mixer/blender is consist of “u-shape” container, spiral mixing blade and transmission components. It is applicable for mixing powder, viscous and thick materials. Usually, it has two spiral blades and the mixture occurs inside the horizontal chamber. Spiral blades rotate rapidly along with the main motor and turn materials around to mix.
2. Features of amnimal feed mixer Machine
1.Good effect.
This mixing machine has two ribbon inside. The outer ribborn make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner ribborn moves the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing.
2.High efficient.
Mixer with double ribbon can make the material mixed with higher speed.
3.No material deposit and without dead angle when mixing.
Under the bottom of the tank, there has a flap dome valve (pneumatic control or manual control) of the center. The valve is arc design that assure no material deposit and without dead angle when mixing. Reliable regula- seal prohibit the leakage between the frequent close and open.
4.Durable & stable.
All the main material of this mixing machine is made of Stainless Steel 304.
