Process flow
1. Crushing wood into wood chips or wood shavings.
2. Drying the wood chips or shavings by air current drying machine or drum dryer.
3. Mixing the wood chips or shavings with glue in Glue Mixing Machine

Materials request
1.The materials size< 5cm.
2.The materials moisture content: 10%~12%.
3.The materials can be wood sawdust, wood chips, wood shavings and other small waste wood materials.
4.If the materials can not meet above request, you need crusher and dryer machine.
5.Glue: Urea formaldehy glue.
