Application scope
Refining crude oil : soybean oil, mustard seed oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower seed oil, peanut oil, rice bran oil, safflower seed oil, corn germ oil, camellia seed oil, etc.
Equipment introduction
By degum pot and decoloring cans and hoist system composition, this equipment adopts full stainless steel material, set the foodgrade materials measurement device, automatic temperature control device, adiabatic device and enters the material buffer device, which can realize crude oil degum, take off acid, dry and decoloring function.
1.small edible oil refinery machine structure:
The machine is consist of hydration deguming&deacidification system, filter de-coloring, transmission system, oil liquid conveying system, transmission and lubrication system, electrical control system and machine frame.

This part is consist of oil inlet, a sealing cover, cover handle, fine filter bucket, oil collecting tank, filter cloth,and oil outlet.

This part is consist of speed control motor, motor controller, governor and power module

This part is consist of miniature circuit breaker, motor controller, power supply module, contactor, relay, potentiometer and knob.

Crude oil-→deguming and deacidification-→decoloring-→fine filtering-→final product oil-→process finished
Operating procedures
Will the filtered virgin oil injection refining machine come unglued cans and will inject tank
temperature, heating accessories start mixing device, into degum, take off acid refining tech
nology, the dry dehydration after oil with the automatic ascending to decoloring cans,
complete the entire oil refining process.
