Introduction of Floating Fish Feed Machine
Floating fish feed machine is widely used for producing grains into high-grade aquatic
feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, crab etc. The puffing fish feed pellets can float
on the water surface without dissolution for over 12 hours.
It can not only produce, but also make fodders for gods, cats, chicken, rabbit and so on..
The machine including Bed frame, power transmission, screw extrusion, residual air
collection and discharge, cutting and forming parts.
Features of Floating Fish Feed Machine
1.International advanced &diced structure, adopt cutter positioning spring and
cutting forms, frequency, cut out and dice various different lengths of particles.

transvestite, convenient operation.
3. Screw adopts special wear-resisting, high temperature resistant materials after
the first conditioning heat molding, wear resistant and long life.
Principle of Floating Fish Feed Machine
After the raw materials are sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw
shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked
and sterilized. Then the pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould.
After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required.

How to make different size of pellet?
Our machine can make pellet from 0.9mm-8mm, just by changing the mold, and it is easy to operate.
Does this machine can only make floating pellet?
It can make both floating and sinking pellet by changing the material, but the pellet is puffed.
My local voltage is not 220V/50Hz, can I use this machine?
Ya, we can make motor according customer requirement.
I only have single phase electricity, can I use this machine?
Sorry, this machine can only work with three phase electricity, because the single phase motor
is too weak to drive the machine.
