Product description:
1.We apply the most advanced Model SL-500~1000 vacuum and nitrogen-filling packaging machine in the world. This multi-functional packaging equipment integrates the automatic nitrogen making, vacuum extract-on, heat-sealing into one. The work programs are automatically controlled by micro-computer system. Op-tonal and practical A, B and C are available.
The characteristics:
1. Vacuum system: vacuum generator (Japanese SMC pneumatic elements) replaces for vacuum pump. We apply vacuum operation with low noise, fine safety and reablility.
2. Nitrogen-making system: We apply the imported BF molecular sieve from Germany and Japanese SMC pne-pneumatic control valve. The products are of the stable performance and high nitrogen purity.
3. Heat-sealing system: We can freely choose hot melt packaging materials. Sealing length ranges from 500mm to 1000MM according to the users' needs.
4. We store and keep the freshness of various fresh fruits in granule, powder and flake forms. With our packaging, the fruits, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, native produce, electronic components etc. resist oxidization, rust, toxicon and damping.
Model SL500~1000 packaging machine operational procedures / Repair and Maintenance
1. Connect with air supply: (Keep ready clean compressed air) Atmospheric pressure 7~8kg/cm3, displace-net 10m3/h, air supply inlet is at lower left side of the box.
2. Connect with power supply: Electric socket of single phase power (220V/50Hz) is in the lower right side of the box. If power supply in the panel starts, the indicating lamp will be bright and the ma chi-ne automatically begins nitrogen making.
3. Machine model selection and programming setting:
Model SL-A: Vacuum nitrogen filling-heat sealing
Model SL-B: Vacuum air filling-heat sealing
Model SL-C: Vacuum(000.0)heat sealing
Properly set the “programming Controller Time”according to the panel instructions, machine model and package size & thickness.
4. Packaging operation: Connect air tap with package-filled bag, evenly and flatly place it, press "tart Switch"(foot switch), run upper air cylinder, stretch air tap, operate lower cylinder and finish the packaging.
5. Machine A can fulfill nitrogen filling and packing after 25 minutes,of nitrogen making. Machine B (external connection of air supply) and Machine C start work immediately.
6. Please properly adjust the operational procedure before the machine start
7. Heat sealing time shall be adjusted from low temperature to high temperature until the best tempera-true is regulated so as to avoid burning the heat seal.
8. In order to ensure the smooth vacuum ventilation, please regularly check and clean vacuum filter (a-alcohol cleaning). Filter core is amid square box, mid grid of the machine rear door.
9. After the machine operation, please promptly shut off air & power supply, open drain valve in the machine bottom. Every shift needs to clean drain valve every time so as to guarantee the normal service life of the equipment.
10. In case of the emergency condition, please shut off the power supply and remove the trouble according to the instructions from brief introduction and operation program.
