2.Flat die briquette machine
a. description of flat die briquette machine
Using flat module and the pressure between the wheel of the impact extrusion and frictin model hole mutual action principle.So that the material was forming.Materials in the process without adding into any additives or blinder.Containing a certain amount of fibers and ligin,the material is the monomer ligin structure,it is the benzene propane types of polymers,It has the enhancement cell wall,adhesion of cellulose use,Ligin is a non-crystalline,at the normal tempreture,the main part ofany dissolved agent,there is no melting point,but there are softening point.When the tempreture reaches a certain value,the wood quality of softening rapping increase,and under certain pressure function,making its fibers grain molecular mass displacement and deformation,extend,internal adjacent biomass granule phase.Then ressembled and pressure molding .
