1.Please check the Picture 1,the BOPP film 2 is placed on the rotating film drum 11,film feeding is working depends on the film drum 1.
If packing material with pull wire,the line will stick in the film and feed out along with film.
When the film is feed to cutting blade,the blade will cut the film.
Under the influence of two thimbles of stable blade and Swing cutter,the film will stay in the cutter.
When the push board push packing material 4 forward and touch the film,the film will come down and pack in the packing material because of inertia.
Push board keep pushing and walking with film,when pass the Lower flap closure plate 5,the push board will go back,at this moment,the Lower flap closure plate 5 move up side,and the film which in the lower side of packing material will fold up,Lower flap closure plate fold the film totally and Long side seam ironing board 9 start downward movement,firstly the upside film will go downside.
When Lower flap closure plate fold the film well,Long side seam ironing board 9 will move downward,first upside film will fold downward.When the long flap closure plate goes down and behind,the mandrel will move it swing to 15℃,then heat the overlapping part between upside fold film and downside fold film,long side sealing is finished.
2.Repeat the above steps,when the second packing material touch the first packing material.Push board 3 will push the first packing material go forward.The first packing material start to corner,the first corner is made by fold template.The second corner will be made by angular device.The following is according to the pushing of pushing board to get corner and left & right side heat sealing parts 6 and 10.Upside forming 8 and downside 7 heat sealing to finish all the packing action.
3.The whole machine work naturally depends on touching the switch of front bezel to achieve a working recycle.
