Standard

Process of bulk

1. Raw - selected high quality bitter apricot kernel

2. Sort our - sort out and removal impurity

3. Soaking and peeling - water temperature 90-95℃, soft the skin, then peeling

4. Debitter and color protection -

5. Drying - the kernel be with white color, 6% max moisture

6. Cooling - 30℃ or so 

7. Color sorting - sort out the chromatic kernel, imperfect, impurity, and chromatic

8. Finished product - kernel less than 1%

9. Packaging - bulk or customized

10. Metal detection -

Raw kernels: 25kg/bag, 50kg/bag, 750kg/bag or customized packaging

Roasted kernels: 2.5kg/bag, and 4 bags/ctn

Blanched kernels: 1kg/bag, 24bags/ctn; 3kg/bag, 8bags/ctn; 25kg/bag

Crushed kernels: 2.5kg/bag, 4bags/ctn

Kernels slices: 2.5kg/bag, 4bags/ctn
