Process of bulk

1. Raw - selected high quality bitter apricot kernel

2. Sort our - sort out and removal impurity

3. Soaking and peeling - water temperature 90-95℃, soft the skin, then peeling

4. Color protection -

5. Drying - the kernel be with white color, 6% max moisture

6. Cooling - 30℃ or so 

7. Color sorting - sort out the chromatic kernel, imperfect, impurity, and chromatic

8. Crushed - with certain size

9. Finished product - kernel less than 1%

10. Packaging - bulk or customized
