Long Serive Life Pig Feed Pellet Production Line
Animal Feed Pellets Raw Material:
The main material is maize, wheat, rice, beans, sorghum, oats etc.. And can add little grass, alfalfa etc..
1. Material receiving System
The material is feeded to the granular pre-cleaning machine, and then cleaned.
2. Crushing System-Hammer Mill
When the size of the raw material is big, such as corn, wheat etc. Then the raw materials must first be sent to hammer mill for crushing to reach a suitable size..
1) Adopt imported bearing and bearing box
2) With two temperature instruments to test working temperature of bearing
3) Tungsten Carbide knife on the hammers, can use on both sides.
3. Mixing System-Feed Mixer
1) with high mixing speed and short mixing period (30-120 seconds/batch).
2) High evenness mixing (CV ≤5%) without segregation;
3) Gentle mixing process and big adjustable range (0.4-1) of filling volume;
4) Entire-bottom type electro-dynamic or pneumatic big-door-open discharger, with fast discharging performance and at low material residue rate;
5) Equipped with return air pipe, no dust leakage and fully satisfies the environmental protection requirement;
6) The machine can be equipped with compressed-air cleaning system, which can reduce the residue to the lowest quantity.
7) Special atomizing spraying system can be customized for much evener addition of molasses and grease.
4. Pelletizing System-Pellet Mill
1) This series machine suitable for making all kinds of animal feedstuff. Which capacity 1-20t/h for feed factory .
2) The machines can be match different size of ring die hole size , such as φ1.0, φ1.2, φ1.5,φ2.0, φ2.5, φ3.0, φ3.5, φ4.0, φ4.5, φ5.0, φ6.0, φ8.0, always for making shrimp, fish feed to use for φ1.0--3.5 ring die ; chicken feed for φ3.0; Swine feed for φ3.0--4.5; Cattle, horse for φ6.0--8.0).
3) The machine adopt imported bearings, the motor brand is China famous brand.
4) Driven by gear, more strong than by belt, and the capacity 10% higher than by belt .
5) The machine also matched the safety device, once overload, the safety pin will crack, to protecting the machine lifetime.
6) It has low noise during the production.
7) And its feeder can be regulated a variable speed controlled to meet different outputs requirements.
8) It is with magnet and overload protection system, which can protect machine well during production
9) We have oversized conditioner and jacked conditioner for choosing to enhance the effect of the pellet condition.

5. Cooling System-Contraflow Cooler
1) The machine uses the newest design of octagon cooler tank. There is no blind angle for cooling.
2) The feeder uses the air-lock valve system, which has the advantage of large area of blowing and significant effect of cooling.
3) The discharger adopts the reciprocating slide valve structure, which is the stable and reliable in moving and less residual.
6. Packing System-Packing Machine
After cooling, the pellets are packed into bags or stored as per your needs. The pellets can be weighed by the computer and then packed into bags.
