Palm Open Fiber Machine Introduction
The palm open fiber machine can extract fiber from palm kernel and coconut shell which contains lots of fiber. The material is fed into the machine by belt conveyor or manul, and extracted to fiber through the blades rotating in the machine. The residual is separated and the fiber is discharged. At that time, it can be connect by the conveyor to the drum screener, dryer, fiber press machine to make further process.
The palm open fiber machine is fixed electric type, and it can be made with diesel engine or mobile trailer type.

Palm Fiber Production Line
1. Palm Open Fiber Machine To open the palm fruit and coconut shell and get the fiber.
2. Drum Screen Separate the residual and palm fiber
3. Palm Fiber Dryer Decrease the moisture of palm fiber
4. Palm Fiber Baler Machine Press the palm fiber into bales and convenient to store.
