Wood charcoal ball press machine is our hot sale charcoal making machine. How is BBQ Charcoal Made
Put the material into charcoal carbonization furnace or kiln, the heat temperature can be up to 450° to 510°C.
Then the air the exhaust are prevented from the furnace inner side. During this process, the material becomes char. Then crush the char into powder with char grinding machine; mix the char with binder like wheat fully; put the mixture into BBQ charcoal machine, by the pressure between roller and mould, the char can be made into different shapes of charcoal briquettes.
The flow of making ball charocal briquette
- Use charcoal particle or charcoal waste as materials for crushing to get the charcoal powder.
- Conveyor the charcoal powder into mixer to mix with water or binder 10-15 miniutes.
- Put the mixed materials into the charcoal briquettes making machine to make charcoal briquettes in different shapes.
