Premelted steel making agent(Calcium Ferrite)can accelerate the dissolution of lime,so it doesn’t need to use fluorite to promote melting,to achieve Fluoride-Free steel making,reduce the furnance lining erosion,and decrease the environmental pollution.Because of good effect of slag melting,smelting stability and reduce molten steel splash,so it can improve the yield rate of molten steel about 1%.Shorten smelting period,slag melting quickly,high performance dephosphorization rate,to shorten smelting time.
